Find assets faster with AI-powered similar image search
Enhance search capabilities with our new AI-powered similar image search feature. With just one click, users can instantly locate visually similar images to ensure no relevant asset is overlooked. Simply click the three dots below an asset card and select “Show similar images”. A pop-up will display related images, reducing endless manual scrolling and boosting creativity by discovering assets you may not have considered.
Identify and categorize individuals in images with AI facial recognition
Tagging and verifying individuals in images is crucial for large enterprises to meet copyright and data protection requirements. However, the process is often time-consuming and prone to errors. Our AI-powered Facial Recognition solution automates face analysis and identification. The algorithm only requires manual verification for just 3-4 images before it can independently detect and match faces, reducing manual tagging and minimizing human errors.
Connect related assets based on usage across campaigns or projects
If you and your team struggle to track connections between assets across campaigns, projects or other uses, you’ll find our new Asset Relations feature very helpful. This feature allows you to create relationships between assets to avoid duplicated efforts and missed opportunities to reuse valuable content. For example, when launching a new product, you can connect all related assets – such as product sheets, parts and accessories – to the main product file. This makes it easier for your team to find and navigate relevant content.

We have expanded our Insights Dashboard with pre-configured templates and CSV/PNG export. Utilize new Dashboard templates for quick access to key data like Logins, Uploads, Downloads, Assets, Users, and General Usage. Export dashboard data in CSV/PNG format for easy data sharing and reporting in external systems like Excel or PowerPoint.
